History
Theodor Herzl ( Binyamin Zeev Herzl) nació en 1860 en el Reino de Hungría, en el condado de Pest. Fue un periodista, dramaturgo, activista político y escritor austrohúngaro de origen judío, fundador del sionismo político moderno. Creó la Organización Sionista y promovió la inmigración judía a Palestina en un esfuerzo por formar un estado judío. Aunque murió antes de su establecimiento, es conocido como el padre del Estado de Israel.
